Email Client Settings If you are using our email addresses in your own mail client such as Outlook or Outlook Express. You must set in incoming and outgoing mail servers to mail.ruralsat.net
If you are using a mail account from another provider you will need their server for the inbound mail settings and our mail server for outbound mail.ruralsat.net
    Steps for Fixing Internet Trouble Use these steps to troubleshoot your internet connection
 

Step 1

  • Check your connections from our equipment to your router, switch, or computer and make sure all the connections are secure

  • Try power cycling our Equipment by unplugging the power adapter lead and re-insert

    Step 3
     
  • Finally Try restarting your computer and any other equipment
